P.S. I already know it’s called tinnitus
Yes ponytailed, Ringing in the Ears is real named a Tinnitus.
5 Steps To Silence – Ease Common Tinnitus Symptoms
* Avoid all loud sounds and noisy places.
* Avoid total silence try and mask the tinnitus with white noise.
* Avoid exorbitant use of alcohol, caffeine, or aspirin.
* Wear ear protection when using chain saws, guns, lawn mowers, loud music or power tools. Exposure to loud noises can make tinnitus worse and can also cause additional hearing loss.
* Control stress levels and learn how to relax in stressful situations.
Most people with tinnitus also suffer from anxiety and lack of sleep. At night when all is quiet, the ringing in your ears may sound louder, making it harder to sleep. The lack of sleep, in turn makes you more tired during the day which increases your anxiety and stress. Poor sleep induces depression, negative thoughts and a resultant higher level of anxiety and tinnitus symptoms.

Depends on what’s causing it. It can be damage to the nerve endings, but it can also be caused by high blood pressure.

Soft music often helps. It’s usually caused by damage to fine hairs in the inner ear and it’s permanent, but my guess is you already know that too.

have a go at Ear Candles. Its an ancient Indian remedy. You stick it in your ear and light the end of it. The smoke creates kind of like a vacuum, and draws everything out of your ear. We bought these for our pharmacy a year ago for a laugh, and people started buying them purely out of curiosity, but then kept coming back because they were so effective, so we had to keep ordering them! So many great reports on it!
