How do I stop my ears from ringing?

I was in a club last night and my ears haven’t stopped ringing yet. I’m pretty new to partying and I never expose myself to other loud noises.
I’m sure I don’t have tinnitus or anything serious.
Does anyone know of any simple home remedies?
Or has anybody had a similar experience. If so, how long did it last?

It will probably stop in a few days. However, repeated exposure to noise in which you experience ringing in your ears afterwards can lead to hearing loss. The ringing in your ears is your body telling you the noise you were in was tooooo loud. Wear ear protection to the clubs, mowing the lawn, target shooting etc. It is not worth it.

My ears ring when I’m under stress sometimes but that’s different. I have a .357 and I shot it once without hearing protection and my ears rang from that for about a week. It’s not good. You may have some damage. I took a lesson from my experience. I think that’s all you can do. That’s definitely different from the stress type of ringing. BTW, I can still hear really well.
